For Black women, shadow work is especially powerful because it helps us heal from ancestral trauma, unpack internalized narratives, and reclaim parts of ourselves we've hidden to survive. Our journals provide safe, guided shadow work prompts designed specifically for Black women's unique healing journey.

While anyone can use our journals, they are intentionally designed BY and FOR Black women. The prompts, exercises, and language reflect our specific experiences, cultural context, ancestral wounds, and healing needs. We center Black women because our stories and healing journeys deserve dedicated, culturally-informed tools.
